WILLIAM (BILL) GILCHRIST

William Anthony Gilchrist proud WW II veteran Past Master AF/AM Granite # 352 & member of the Waubuno Shrine former Parry Sound councillor and former owner of Kitchener Hotel and Motor Inn passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre. Bill was born December 25th 1924 and died Friday November 30th 2007 at the age of 83 years young.

Son of the late Anthony and Isabella Gilchrist.

Loving Husband and best friend of Ellen (Gordon) Gilchrist of Parry Sound.

Beloved Dad of Tony Gilchrist and his wife Lynda; and Trudi and her husband Ken Weeks.

Loving Gramps of Chris (Tammy) Darcy (Leigh) Weeks; Shannon (Wade) Burrows; Tamara (Terry) Dunseith and Cody Gilchrist.

Loving Bompa of Allison Terri Jacob Spencer Meagan Stephanie Weeks; and Grayson Kennedy Riley Sullivan Burrows and the late Faith Burrows.

Dear brother of Larry Gilchrist and his wife Carol; and the late Mary Zuber Dorothy Griffith Camille Poole and Kendall Gilchrist. Fondly remembered by his nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

Visiting at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound on Sunday December 2nd between the hours of 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 P.M.
A Celebration of Billís Life will take place at the Trinity Anglican Church on Monday December 3rd at 11:00 A.M. followed by a reception. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Trinity Anglican Church or The Shriners Hospital for Children or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated.
