Those early experiences, shaped by Tom’s guidance, instilled in me a love for the CPG business that continues to serve me to this day. Tom’s willingness to spend time teaching and training me on how to excel in my role, and his emphasis on always prioritizing the customer, left a lasting impact on both my personal and professional growth.
