Terry Wayne Phillis passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Sunday July 26th 2009.
Age 54 years.
Dear son of the late Aubrey and Grace Phillis.
Beloved partner of Rosemarie McAuley.
Dear brother of Eric and his wife Bernadette of Kitchener; Linda and her husband Ted Johnson of Horseshoe Lake; Shirley and her husband Ross Dumont of Carling; Larry and his wife Debbie of Nobel; Susan and her husband Darryl Clow of Nobel; Garth; Vernon; Mark and his wife Shelley; Kelly and his wife Shari all of Parry Sound; and the late Patrick (wife Sharon of Humphrey).
He Will be sadly missed by Cory and Kendell; Curtis; Courtney; and Ashley.
Fondly remembered by his nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
Family will receive visitors at the Logan Funeral Home on Wednesday July 29th 2009 between the hours of 10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
Funeral Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel at 11:00 A.M.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Canada or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Society (ALS) would be appreciated by the family.
