ROY AND SUSAN BARKSEY
It is with complete and utter sadness that the family of Roy and Susan Barksey announce their passing. Roy Leonard Barksey passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, November 26th, 2021, with his daughter by his side. Age 71 years. Loyal, devoted and patient partner to Susan Theresa Barksey for 50 years. Susan joined her beloved husband and passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre a mere 72 hours after Roy, with her daughter by her side, on Monday, November 29th, 2021. Age 68 years.
Supportive and committed parents of Melanie (Rick) and Justin. Forever missed and remembered by their three favourite beings: Aiden, Justin, and Kennedy. Fondly remembered by their brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Missed by their 4-legged constant companion, Jet.
Susan and Roy’s passing has left an indescribable hole in the hearts of their family.
A celebration of Roy and Susan’s lives will take place at a later date.
