Rosemary Jessica Grace Herbert (nee Myers) passed away at home on Friday October 7th 2011 at the age of 80. Beloved by Frank husband of 56 years; son Mike his wife Kathy; son Steve his wife Liz and their children Jack and Chloe; and son Chris wife Lee-Ann and their son Jimi; dear sister of Joyce Morra. Predeceased by brother David Myers and sister Jean Myers. Forever a part of the lives of her family nieces nephews and many friends.

Gentle and compassionate always Rosemary was a wonderful artist and cared for many patients during her career as a nurse in Toronto and Richmond Hill. She was an active member of the church and choir at Thornhill Presbyterian and the first woman elder at Knox Presbyterian Church in Port Carling. She was actively involved and passionate about the work of the Womenís Missionary Society and in her community through her work with the Arts Council Museum and Cemetery Boards.

Family will receive visitors at the Knox Presbyterian Church 93 Joseph Street Port Carling on Friday October 14th 2011 from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. A celebration of her life will be held in the church at 2:00 P.M. followed by a reception. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Womenís Missionary Society through the Knox Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
