Robert George Hawkins WWII United States Marine Corps and Lifetime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 117 passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Thursday January 4th 2007.
At 78 years. Beloved husband of Isobel.
Pre deceased by parents Lillian and Charles Hawkins. Loving Father of Robert and his wife Kathy; Sandra and her husband Michael Villeneuve; Lorraine and her husband Jim Vankoughnett; Lana and her husband Gary Crompton and Timothy and his wife Lisa.
Loving Grandfather of Brea Shonna and Robbie Hawkins; Joe and M.J. Villenueve; Mandy Scott and Matthew Vankoughnett and Caitlin and Jordan Crompton. Loving Great Grandfather to Regan and Ryan Barager.
Dear brother of Barbara Jean McIsaac and the late Bette Romero. He will be missed by his dear friends John Radforth and Sam Barr as well as nieces nephews other relatives and friends.
