RAINER HACKER

Rainer Hacker passed away peacefully at home, with his family by his side, on Sunday, June 4th, 2023. Age 69 years.

Beloved husband of Pauline for 45 years. Loving father of Margaret (Ryan), Quatrina (P.J.), Myya (Steve), and the late Matthew. Cherished Papa of Austin, Chloe, Faith, Sebastion, Samuel, Piper, and soon to be Charlie.
Dear brother of Brigitte, and brother-in-law of Debbie (Ron), Gladys (Ken), Gail, Nina (the late Perry), and the late Midge (husband Gil), Garnet, Michael, and Robert (wife Paula). Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

As was Rainer’s wish, cremation has taken place.

A celebration of life for Pauline and Rainer will take place at the Moose Deer Point Rec Centre on Wednesday, June 28th, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Muskoka Lakes Snow Trails Association (e-transfer to [email protected] or by cheque only please) would be appreciated.

Shocking to see Rainer’s death notice. I have not him since the woodsman inn. He was always a pleasure serve and usually had a story to tell about his family and work!

So sad to see that Rainer has passed. Last time I saw him was in the fall out for some fun on his ATV. Condolences for the loss of a great guy he was a major part of the fabric of 12 Mile Bay.

So Sorry to hear of Rainer’s passing. I knew he was suffering from cancer from Pauline’s last few posts. I am glad he no longer suffers in this life, but can rest in the afterlife with other Family ?
