West Parry Sound Health Centre on Monday August 24th 2009.
Age 87.

Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service and Celebration of Pollyís life will take place at at the
Hill Memorial Hall in Humphrey (Sandy Plains Road and Hwy. #141)
on Monday September 14 2009 at 1:00 P.M.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the
West Parry Sound Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
