Percy Leitch Ball WWII veteran passed away peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care on Monday August 24th 2009.

December 13 1914 – August 24 2009.

Beloved husband for 68 years of May (Harvey) Ball. Loving son of the late Joseph and Ellen (Jackson) Ball. Loving father of Nancy Brinen of London; Dan Ball (Sharon) of Parry Sound; and Karen Simser and her husband David of Cameron. Dear grandfather of Debra Brinen (Ludvik Mitek) of London; Laurie Karasmanis (Tony) of Mississauga; Joseph Ball (Trina) of Parry Sound; James Ball (Lisa Ivany) of Parry Sound; Andrew Ball (April Gagnon) of Parry Sound; Chrys Ramsay of Ottawa; and the late Kevin Brinen. Great grandfather of Nicholas Adrian Stephen Jarad Olivia Ian Aaron Sophia Emma and Brady. Dear brother of the late Burton Reginald Clara Ruxton (Jim) Lila MacLennan (Clifford) Ida Bell (Milton) and Constance Simpson (David). Fondly remembered by his many nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

Resting at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (746-5855) on Wednesday August 26th between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. Funeral Service to take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Thursday August 27th at 2:00 P.M. Interment Lakeview Cemetery McKellar following the reception.
