Patricia Yvonne Hooper (Banbury) passed away peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care on Thursday, February 11th, 2021, in her 95th year.

Loving wife of the late Manley Hooper. Dear mother of Gary and his wife Anna; Brian and his wife Linda; Tom; Marsha Hooper and her husband Jim Scott. Lovingly remembered by her 12 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings: Elsie, Grace, Olive, Norman, Gertrude, Bertha, Roy, Jack, Florence, Bessie, and Lela. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Pat’s Life will be held at a later date.

I am so sorry to hear about Pats passing. I have been trying to find out where she was to to no avail in this pandemic. I truly thought the world of your mom Marsha and was so grateful for all she did for me. My sincere condolences to you all. xoxo

My memories of Pat all have a big smile on her face, a chuckle or two (or three), and warm hugs. She was the best euchre partner! She'll always have a special place in my heart, and I extend my condolences to her family with much love.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family Marsha. I will always remember all the wonderful times we spent together snowmobiling, swimming and the campfires with Pat and Manley and the gang. Hello Gary, Brian, Linda, Tom and Marsha. I always loved your mom. I have wonderful memories of the cottage in Parry Sound when I was a teenager. They always made me feel welcome. My deepest sympathies to all -- I met Pat at Humphrey Seniors when we retired & moved to the cottage - she went out of her way to make me welcome there & at swimming - always smiling - wonderful wonderful lady & a great card player

I have fond memories of the times my late husband, John, & I spent with Pat & Manley, both at Hollow Valley Lodge, & later at their home in Parry Sound. They were wonderful, hospitable folks &, for the Ward family, much appreciated relatives. Two lives well lived.
