Murray Theodore Rusk passed away peacefully with family by his side after a brief but valiant battle with cancer at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Thursday March 25th 2011.
Age 83 years.

Beloved husband for over 50 years to the late Clela Bobbie Rusk. Loving father of Tim Rusk of Parry Sound; and Steven and his wife Wendy Rusk of Barrie. Loving Papa to Jennifer and Sheila of Parry Sound. Pre-deceased by his sisters Muriel Brazier of Bracebridge and Margaret Miller of Gravenhurst. Dear brother-in-law of Aloma Johnson of Bracebridge. Fondly remembered by his other relatives and friends.

Murrayís interest and passion for law enforcement brought him to his early career as a Metro Toronto Police Officer and later 25 years as a Conservation Officer with the Ministry of Natural Resources in Parry Sound.

Resting at the Logan Funeral Home where family will receive friends on Monday March 28th 2011 between the hours of 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel on at Tuesday March 29th at 2:00 P.M. followed by cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
