Helen “Marilyn” Marlene Crawford (Mace) passed away peacefully with family by her side,
at Belvedere Heights, on Saturday, November 11th, 2023. Age 87 years.

Beloved wife of Deane Crawford for 67 years. Loving mother of Kevin Crawford, and Karen Crawford. Cherished Grandma of Colin Crawford (Allie); Brooke Crawford (Gavin); and Kaden Crawford. Dear sister of Louise Colley, Ted Mace, Terry Mace (Nancy), and the late Gary Mace. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Marilyn is the daughter of the late Oscar and Winnie Mace, and the oldest of their 5 children. She began working at Orenda Engines after high school, and soon married Deane, the “boy next door”. Marilyn, Deane and the family had many moves over the years due to Deane’s career with the OPP. Marilyn raised her children, and then worked as a cashier until her retirement in 1994, when they settled in Carling.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home (705-746-5855), 81 James Street, Parry Sound, on Monday, November 20th from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.

A Celebration of Marilyn’s Life will take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Monday, November 20th, at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.
