Margaret Mary (Lee) Beesley / Geddes daughter of the late Walter and Mabel Lee of Kingís Lynn England passed away at Linhaven Manor in St Catharines Ont. on Wednesday February 18th 2009. Age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late William Preston Geddes and Geoffrey Howell Beesley. Loving mother of: Paul Beesley and his wife Linda of St. Catharines; Gail Robinson of Parry Sound; the late Geoffrey Beesley Jr; Janet and her husband Lee Valencourt of Fort Erie; Barbara Davis of Niagara Falls; the late Richard Geddes. Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by brothers: Edward Lee (wife Doris); George Lee (late wife Joan); Walter Lee (late wife Patricia); all of England.
Fondly remembered by her other relatives and friends in Canada England Australia New Zealand and the United States. Served ATS (Auxiliary Territorial Service) Britain 1942-1946.
Brownie Leader 1965-1975. Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (746-5855) on Monday February 23rd 2009 between the hours of 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. Memorial Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel at 2:00 P.M. Luncheon to follow. Cremation has taken place.
