LILLIAN ROSS
Constance Lillian May (Chapman) Ross passed away peacefully with her family by her side, at Belvedere Heights on Saturday, November 29th, 2025. Age 95 years.
Beloved wife of the late Thomas Ross. Dear mother of Dawn Chisholm (the late Doug); Paulette Mahon (Blaine); Raymond (Pat); Beverley Fenn (Brian); Michael. And the late Ian. Loving daughter of the late Thomas Chapman and Mary Lashbrook Chapman. Cherished Nanna of Kim Stahls (Lee), and Dan Chisholm (Ericka); Christopher (Shannon) and Ryan Mahon (Sarah); Jessica Blacquier (Ryan), Jennifer (Dan) and Russell Anderson (April); Matthew (Nancy), Alexander (Jordan) and Katie Ross. Dear great grandmother ‘Nanna’ of Alisha (Bo), Emma (Zack), Chase, Cooper, Elliot, Fisher, Samuel, Isabelle, Arthur, Thomas, Andrew, Carson, Joseph, Liam, Reid, Corbin, Roselyn, Eric, Branson, Trenton, Mason, and Wylie. Great-Great Grandmother ‘Nanna’ of Alexa and Easton. Survived by her sister Betty Newell (Jim). Predeceased by her other brothers and sisters. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
As was Lillian’s wish, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Lillian’s Life will take place at the Church of the Redeemer, Rosseau, on Saturday, December 20th at 11:00 A.M. Visitation prior to the service from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Reception to follow at the Rosseau Memorial Hall.
The family would like to extend a sincere Thank You to the staff of the Willow Unit at Belvedere Heights for their compassionate care of their mother.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Belvedere Heights, or the Church of the Redeemer, Rosseau, would be appreciated.

Dear Paulette and family. I was really happy to get to visit with your Mom on a few occasions before she passed with my dog Coal. Know that you will all be seeing her again someday when your journey on Earth is over and you were called home to the Lord. Since beginning hospice several years ago, I have learned and believed that your Mom is with the Lord. She no suffers and is home with all her friends and family who went before her. She will be be close by. She lived a good and long life with many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a special lady and will be hard to forget. God blesse as you mourn her loss. Think of the good times and carry her memory and your Father in your heart and your memories until you meet again.🤗❤️🌟

To all the wonderful family of Lillian. I was so blessed to have a lifetime of memories with Lillian as one of my grandmothers best friends. Living across the street of our cottage I got to experience lots of cups of tea , some visits with my mom and Lillian as well. In my memories Lillian has always been there and was a cornerstone of my youth. I was so blessed to have known Lillian she was a wonderful lady. I’m glad I got to spend some special moments with her at Belvedere. My sincere condolences to you all.
