Lawrence U. Maughan O.L.S. (Ontario Land Surveyor) passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Tuesday, March 17th, 2015. Age 81 years.

Beloved husband of Joan. Dear father of Cathy and her husband Mike Barker; Cindy Maughan; David and his wife Louise; Randy and his wife Kristine. Loving grandfather of Amy, Megan, and Josh; Rachel and Owen; Brandon, Nathan, and Melissa; and great grandfather of Grayson, Ivy, Avery, Cody, Emma, and Sara. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home on Friday, March 20th from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.

Funeral Service at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 58 Seguin Street, Parry Sound, on Saturday, March 21st at 2:00 P.M. Visiting prior to the Service from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

Interment Sylvan Acres Cemetery in the spring.
