Julia (Judy) Cleveland passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, with her family by her side, on Monday, August 5th, 2019 at 78 years of age.

Judy was born October 20, 1940 in Bancroft, Ontario to the late Stanley and Margaret Bergeron. She was the loving mother of Daniel (Donna), Dennis (Leslie), and Douglas (Angie). Cherished Nana of Amanda (Ian), Patricia, Dustin and Riley. Dear sister of Hilda Marie Radoslovich (late Matteo) and the late Eugene Bergeron (Louise). Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and her beloved cat.

Judy was fiercely independent and deeply loved her family and friends. While she didn’t like to accept help from others, she was always willing to help anyone else who needed it. She was one of life’s angels on earth and now she is in heaven continuing to pray for us and look after us, because that’s what mothers do.

Funeral and burial have taken place in Mactier. A special thank you to the entire healthcare team for their dedicated and compassionate care for Judy in her last years, as well as to her sisters in the Catholic Women’s League for their support. Memorial donations can be made to St. James the Great Roman Catholic Church, the OSPCA or the charity of your choice.
