John Jack Cusiter passed away at the Royal Victoria Hospital Barrie on Tuesday July 12th 2011. Age 68 years.

Beloved husband of Carla Claudia Dowina. Loving father of Darren Cusiter and his wife Hayley of Parry Sound; and Grant Cusiter and his fiancÈe Laura Adams of Binbrook.

Loving chosen son of the late Jamesina and Alexander Cusiter. Dear brother of Cathie Iris and the late George. Sadly missed by nephew Brian and his wife Sheila.

At the age of 60 Jack was united with his birth mother Jean; step-sisters Ellison Anne Jean Lillian; and step-brother Len.

Fondly remembered by his nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home on Saturday July 16th 2011 between the hours of 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. Service to take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Saturday at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

As expressions of sympathy donations to West Parry Sound Health Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
