John Norman Hyatt passed away peacefully at Belvedere Heights Home for the Aged, Parry Sound, on Saturday, July 14th, 2018, in his 93rd year.

Born and raised in Wheatley, Ontario, John was a WWII veteran who served with the Royal Canadian Air Force in Britain. He returned to Canada and held various executive positions in the Canadian trucking and transportation industry. He retired to his home on Horseshoe Lake, and in the last decade moved to Parry Sound.

Predeceased by his second wife Nancy (Macdonald). Father of Rod (d. 2017), Susan (Peter) and Deb (Randall). Step-father to Patrick (Linda) and Laura. He also leaves several grandchildren and friends.

Cremation has taken place.
