Joan Emily Ann Demick (née Ferguson) passed away peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care, on Sunday, July 7th, 2024. Age 91 years.

Loving wife of the late Jerome Morel, and the late David Demick. Beloved mother of Linda West (David), Joanne Demick (Bob Hughes), Lorraine Pollock, Harry Demick, Diane Demick, and Carolyn Jeffery (Todd). Lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear sister of the late Theresa, Jim, Don, Charles, Basil, and Gerry. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound, on Wednesday, July 10th, from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter the Apostle Church, 52 Church Street, Parry Sound, on Thursday, July 11th, at 1:30 P.M.

Interment Hillcrest Cemetery.

Reception to follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall.
