JIM SIM
James “Jim” Sim Sr. passed away peacefully at Belvedere Heights, on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024 in his 99th year.
Jim, a WWII veteran, developed his love for aviation at a young age and continued to pursue this passion over his lifetime. A proud career in the aerospace industry working on the development of the Canada Arm with Spar Aerospace was one of his greatest achievements before retiring.
Jim leaves behind his six children, eleven grandchildren, and six great-children.
Special thanks go out to Dr. Clarke, Dr. Hollingsworth, Natasha Fleming RPN, and all the caring staff at Belvedere Heights.
A private family interment will take place at Carling Cemetery.
