Edith Jean (Osborne) Young passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Saturday October 1st 2011. Age 88 years.

Beloved wife of the late Clifford Young.

Loving mother of Sharon and her husband Sandy Heidman of Sarnia; Brenda and her husband Gerry Whalen of Waterloo; Lynn and her husband Don Shaver of Niagara Falls; Bill and his wife Shirley of MacTier; Hal and his wife Brenda of Port Carling; and Eric and his wife Sherry of St. Catharines.

Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Dear sister of Connie Kirkwood (husband the late John); Frank and his wife Shirley Osborne; and the late Joan Rouselle (Eugene of St. Catharines) Donald (wife Anne of Essex)Osborne and Alfred (Wynne) Osborne.

Family will receive visitors at the MacTier United Church on Monday October 3rd 2011 between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. Funeral Service to take place at the Church on Tuesday October 4th at 3:00 P.M. followed by cremation.

As expressions of sympathy donations to Camp Trillium (kids with cancer) or the MacTier Foots Bay United Church would be appreciated by the family.
