It is with great sadness that the family of John Gordon Reekie announces his sudden passing at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Monday, May 11th, 2015, in his 82nd year.

Jack will be forever remembered by his wife Anita Reekie (Ramsay). Fondly remembered by his children Heather and her husband Trevor “Bud” Huff; Kim and her husband Paul Atherton; and Scott Reekie. Dear “Papa” of Justin Atherton and his wife Jessica; great grandfather of Hunter. Brother of Bert Reekie, and the late Florence “Rick” Sills. Jack will be forever remembered by his little dog Genni, and by his other relatives, and friends.

Cremation has taken place.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound (705-746-5855), on Friday, May 15th, 2015 between the hours of 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.

A Celebration of Jack’s Life will take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.
