Ivan Charles Day passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Monday September 6th 2010 in his 96th year.

Beloved husband for 70 years of Ella Adelene Day (Cowie). Loving father of Allan and Diane Day of Peterborough; Carolyn and Jim Moore of McKellar; and Larry and Kelly Day of Baldwin.

Predeceased by his brothers Frank and Ralph.

Loved grandfather of Jennifer Day Keith Hamlyn Cheryl and David Moore Tracy and Jamie Blake James and Penny Day Christine and Marc Hamel Michelle Clare and Ann Yantzi.

Loved great grandfather of Mercedes Makayla Dakota Rieley Carson Jacob Ethan Isaac Daniel Renee Brittany Destiny Faith Bailey Harley and Breeze.

Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews other family and friends.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ivanís Life will be held in the Logan Memorial Chapel 81 James Street Parry Sound (746 5855) on Saturday September 11th at 1:00 PM. The family will receive visitors prior to the service at 12:00 PM.

As expressions of sympathy donations to CNIB St. Andrewís Presbyterian Church or the West Parry Sound Health Centre would be appreciated by the family.
