IRVA STEWART

Irva (Hurd) Stewart passed away peacefully at home into the arms of her Lord with her family by her side, on Wednesday, December 11th, 2024. Age 86 years.

Beloved wife of Gord for 66 years. Loving mother of Calvin (Brenda), Beth Hurd (Scott), James, Scott (Rose), and Craig (Michelle). Cherished Grandmother of Jamie, Rebecca, Brittany, Anne, Andrew, Sarah, Gregor, Samantha, Nicole, Justin, Erin, and Isaac. Delighted Great Grandmother of 22. Dear sister of Neil (Lois), Eric (Paula), Arnett (Audery), and the late Dianne Hurd. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family extends their sincere thank-you to the supportive caregivers at The Friends, Community Paramedicine, and the members of the Palliative Care team.

Resting at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound, where friends will be received on Sunday, December 15th from 2:00 – 4:00 P.M., and on Monday, December 16th from 1:00 – 2:00 P.M.

Funeral Service in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 16th at 2:00 P.M. Reception to follow.

Interment at Lakeview Cemetery in the spring.
