Harry (H.K.) Marwood – teacher plumber pilot photographer scuba diver and captain of the tug Phoebe passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Friday January 9th 2009 three days after his 83rd birthday.
Beloved husband of Margaret.
Dear Father of Julie (Edmund) Lea Jennifer (Tom) Rade; and the late David. Loving Grandfather to Jeremy Lea and Scott Rade.
Born in Parry Sound Harry was the youngest child of Thomas (T.H.) and Marie Marwood.
Brother of Betty and Marie and the late Tom and Bob. He will fondly be remembered by
his many nieces and nephews sister-in-law Terry and by his extended family
Rob Jamey Ian Mary Susan and their families.
A Celebration of Harryís life will take place at
St. James Centennial United Church in Parry Sound on Friday January 16th at 1 p.m.
Visitation at St. Jamesí begins at 11:30 a.m.
Harry spent much of his life exploring the islands bays and finding the unmarked shoals of Georgian Bay.
