Gilbert Roy “Gilbo” Fitchett passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Saturday, January 4th, 2025. Age 80 years.

Beloved husband of the late Midge. Loving Dad of Randy and his wife Carrol; the late Sonny; Leah Fredericks; and Lorrie Ann Felfoldi. Cherished Papa of Hanna Fredericks. Lovingly remembered by his great grandchildren. Dear brother of Sandy Glaze (husband the late Norman). Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home, 81 James Street, Parry Sound, on Monday, January 13th from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.

Funeral Service will take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Monday, January 13th at 1:00 P.M., followed by reception.

Interment MacTier Union Cemetery in the spring.
