Velma Eleanor Carlton (Madigan) passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday December 2nd 2009. Age 81 years. Wife of the late Stewart Christopher Carlton. Cindy Carlton (Hugh Boyd); and the late Kelly and Beverly. Dear grandmother of 28 and great grandmother of 48. Daughter of the late Hazel and Tom Madigan. Fondly remembered by other relatives friends and especially June-Ann and Ron Quesnelle.
