Edith Cavell Yeates passed away at Lakeland Long Term Care on Thursday November 19th 2009. Age 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Walter Yeates and daughter of the late William and Rose Huddleston. Loving mother of Marie (Dennis) Cormier; Shirley (Lawrence) Thornton;
Loretta (late Charlie) Kerr all of Parry Sound;
Joe (Linda) Yeates of Halifax; Barb (Nick Rogozynski of Espanola; Brian Yeates of Sudbury; Michael (Gwene) Yeates of Parry Sound; and the late Tom. Loving grandmother of 17 and the late Kent; great grandmother of 30; and great great grandmother of 7. Dear sister of Edward Lawrence (Doris) Bernice (Ron)Rebitt and the late Doug Bill Gib and Wilma Jones. Fondly remembered by her many nieces nephews other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will take place at the Trinity Anglican Church 6 Church Street on Tuesday November 24th at 11:00 A.M. Reception to follow. Private interment Sylvan Acres Cemetery.
