Edith Marie (Secord) Deshevy passed away at Health Sciences North Sudbury on Friday September 28th 2012. Age 87 years.

Beloved wife of the late Anthony Barksey and Russell Deshevy. Loving mother of Jean and Ken Lavalley Anne (husband the late Howard Read) Roy and Sue Barksey Brian and Brenda Barksey Terry and Peggie Barksey Daniel and Louise Barksey Bonnie and Ralph Belanger Randy Barksey Glenn Barksey Janice Barksey and the late Willard and Patrick. Lovingly remembered by her 18 grandchildren her great grandchildren and her great great grandson. Dear sister of Edmund and Lorne Secord and the late Leonard Pearl Desmasdon Violet Madigan Margaret Lamondin Lola Secord and Gordon.

Family will receive visitors at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (705-746-5855) on Sunday September 30th from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. and at Holy Family Church Britt on Monday October 1st from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. Funeral Mass to be celebrated in the Church on Monday October 1st at 1:00 P.M. Interment Britt Community Cemetery.
