Frances Hazel Doreen Orr passed away peacefully, at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Thursday, February 8th, 2024. Age 84 years.

Beloved wife of the late Murray Orr Sr. for 62 years. Loving mother of Randy (Trudy); Wendy Baron (David); Michele Ryman (Peter); Carol Parton (John); Murray Allen Jr. (Bryanne); Mark (Lori); and Sarah Priaulx (Ron). Lovingly remembered by her many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Loving daughter of the late Winston and Dorothy Hurd. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

A sincere thank you to the nurses and staff in Palliative Care at the West Parry Sound Health Centre for their wonderful care and compassion for Doreen and the Orr family.

As was her wish, cremation has taken place.

A celebration of Doreen’s life will take place at the Stockey Centre, 2 Bay Street, Parry Sound, on Sunday, May 5th from 1:00 – 4:00 P.M.
