Donald M. Macfie (WW II Veteran R.C.A.F. Squadron 422 & 423) passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Tuesday June 18 2013. Age 92 years.

Beloved husband of Ilda for 62 years. Loving father of Ritchie and Doris; Terry and his wife Kim; Jill Langford and her husband Paul; and the late Kim. Dear grandfather of Mandy Mary and Mark; Kelly Alan and his wife Melissa and Tera; Laura Jessie and Sarah. Great grandfather of Lucas and Gavin. Dear brother of John and his wife Joan; James (the late Irene); Catherine and her husband Ted Burrow; Frank and his wife Audrey; the late Jean and her husband Ray Cook; and the late Edwin. Fondly remembered by his nieces nephews other relatives and friends.

Resting at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (705-746-5855) where friends will be received on Thursday June 20th between the hours of 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. and on Friday June 21st from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.
