DON FLEMING

Donald Charles Fleming passed away peacefully with his family by his side, at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Monday, April 3rd, 2023. Age 85 years.

Pre-deceased by his parents Norman and Alma Fleming. Loving father of Doug Fleming and his wife Sue; and Janet Fleming and her husband Dave Trodden. Lovingly remembered by Ann Fleming. Cherished Grandpa of Andrew Fleming (Heather); Mark Fleming (Lisa); and Brian Beitz (Samara). Great Grandpa of Myles, and Henry. Dear brother of Doug Fleming, and the late Alan Fleming (wife Alison). Fondly remembered by Howard Mark and family. Don will be dearly missed by his many friends near and far.

Don loved nature, life and animals, and found happiness in the little things. He loved walking the fitness trail and would stop to talk to anyone who was passing by, and pet every dog along the way.

As was Don’s wish, cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation (Palliative Care) would be appreciated.

You may send your donation directly through the charity’s web-site, or if you require assistance with your donation, please call us at 705-746-5855 Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
