Charles Sanford Reekie passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Friday April 24th 2009. Age 76 years. Beloved husband of the late Shelagh Francis (Pyle) Reekie and the late Mildred Ellen Leonard-Reekie. Predeceased by parents Sanford and Laura Reekie. Loving father of Christopher and his wife Sharon Reekie of Dartmouth N.S.; Andrew and his wife Tina Reekie of Cold Lake Alberta; Brendan and his wife Leanne Reekie of Kitchener; Merideth and her husband Blair McCaffery of Pointe au Baril; and the late Paul (wife Sandra Reekie of Kitchener). Dear step father of Linda and her husband Ken Harris of Parry Sound; Durrel and his wife Pam of Otter Lake; Marjorie and her husband Gary Stephenson of Parry Sound; Rick and his wife Bonnie of Bracebridge; Andrew and Leanne of Tottenham; Gay and her husband Bill Loucks of Midland; Dan and his wife Doris of Humphrey; Dianne and her husband Amedee Roberge of MacTier; and daughter in law Jennifer Leonard of Tottenham. Grandpa will be dearly missed by his 6 grandchildren 23 step grandchildren and 7 step great grandchildren. Dear brother of Wallace (Gwen) Norman (Mona) and Laura (Brian Gray).
