Charles Robertson Blong (retired RCAF) passed away at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Tuesday November 26th 2013. Age 100 years.

Beloved husband of the late Florence Ellen Blong (nee Bird). Sadly missed by best friend Charlie his Golden Retriever. Father of Barbara McNair and Bonnie Whiting. Loved grandfather of Barbara Dewan Sandra Robertson Robert McNair Michael and Kristine Whiting and Lorna Fifield. Much loved great grandfather of six. Sadly missed by his sisters Jeanette Ellingham Louise Heximer and Irene Green. Fondly remembered by his nephew Don Mathewson and his wife Christina from Chicago. Fondly remembered by his many nieces nephews and most of all by his great friends that he had for many years. He sure will be missed.

Cremation has taken place.

There will be a private Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
