Dear Carol Jennifer Jill and family what a wonderful man Cec was. I will always remember him. He must have been the happiest person in Parry Sound or maybe even the world always a smile on his face. I offer you my sincere condolences. I will certainly miss Cec and wish him happy trails Jim

Sorry to hear the sad news.I worked at A&P as a teenager and can honestly say that Cecil was a great boss . When I started a family of my own and became an electrician he never forgot who you were when in shopping.I am proud to have known him .

We are very worry for your loss. I have fond memories of fishing with Cec on mill lake and visits to the cottage on Bell lake. He was truly was larger than life and one of the friendliest and outgoing people I’ve known. He gave back to his community through his involvement in several great volunteer and community groups.
