J’offre mes sincères condoléances à mes cousines, mon cousin et ma tante Jacqueline. Bien que la distance n’a pu me permettre de bien le connaître, j’ai eu de belles occasions d’être accueillie avec générosité et chaleur dans sa résidence de la Californie, en Ontario et plus tard à son camping en 1987.
C’était un oncle très souriant et qui entretenait des conversations intéressées avec mon conjoint et moi. Il ne s’est jamais limité au bonjour de courtoisie…on le sentait très attentionné.
Je souligne aussi avec beaucoup de gratitude la collection de disques vinyle de musique classique que j’ai pu acquérir grâce à lui ! Capitol Records…D’innombrables disques et coffrets que j’écoute encore avec bonheur.
Merci oncle Bob, j’aimerai me souvenir de vous qui avez su apporter joie et entrain à tous vos neveux et nièces.
