Robert George Beaumont executive member for 26+ years Ontario Minor Hockey Association for Parry Sound Muskoka passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Saturday October 1st 2011. Age 71 years.

Beloved husband of the late Dorothy (Jacklin) Beaumont.

Loving son of the late George and Bell Beaumont.

Dear father of Rob and his wife Maureen (Mountford); and Shawn and his wife Maureen (Gale).

Loving grandfather of Zach and Ashley.

Dear brother of Karin Cowan and the late Barry and Billy. Dear brother in law of Bob Jacklin and Bonnie and her husband Andy Nezirevic.

Fondly remembered by his other relatives his hockey family and many friends.

Family and friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home 81 James Street Parry Sound (705-746-5855) on Friday October 7th between the hours of 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 P.M.

Funeral Service to take place at St. James Centennial United Church on Saturday October 8th at 1:00 P.M. Reception to follow.
