We were so very sorry to learn of Uncle Bill's passing. He was always so much fun and we had good times bowling with him and Aunt Helen. He always had such a great grin on his face and his twinkling blue eyes always made you feel welcome. I am sorry we can't attend the funeral but wish to say a special Thank you to Brian, Melanie and Shirley Jordan for taking such good care of him. Love Lorna and Gary Kennedy and Family

Bill there are very few people that have been able to view the last century through the eyes of one such as yourself.
Born shortly after the first world war living through the depression the second world war and countless conflicts but representing the very foundations which built this country.
Bill you were respected by both Family and friends an honour earned a value lacking in todays world.
The community is a lesser place with your passing but those who were blessed in knowing you we can reflect appreciate truth honesty values that build a community a country a better place to live.
Thank you
John

Uncle Bill, you were always a sweet, kind, and gentle soul with us, your great nieces and nephews. You took interest in our lives, shared marvellous stories from your life, always made us feel welcome and loved. You and Aunt Helen will be together again. that’s how I’ll remember you: together looking out your window over rolling fields down toward the lake, an endless horizon of Canadian shield pine, and a forest filled with creatures behind your home. you had the perfect spot. We still use the coasters and candlesticks you made us from birch branches we presented guests as wedding favours 29 years ago. Well miss your smile, your joy, your laughter. Rest in peace Uncle Bill.
