Barbara Anne Pawis passed away peacefully at Lakeland Long Term Care, on Monday, February 12th, 2024. Age 88 years.

Loving mother of Douglas Pawis; Dale Pawis (Christina); Loretta Pawis-Vowels (John); Dorothey Rose Pawis; Janet Nichols (the late Jim); William Francis (Pat); and the late Stanley Pawis; and Frederick Francis. Dear grandmother of 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren. She goes home to be with her mom and dad, and her brothers and sister. Fondly remembered by Viola Linton, her nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and her many, many friends.

Resting at Shawanaga United Church, where friends will be received from 2 – 4 P.M. and 6– 9 P.M. on Wednesday, February 14th, and Thursday, February 15th.

Funeral Service will take place at the Shawanaga Rec Centre at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 16th. Burial Shawanaga First Nation Cemetery.
