Arnold Overton Crossman passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Friday, February 14th, 2025. Age 84 years.

Beloved husband of Audrey Haskim. Loving father of Vince (Elaine), Glen (Angie), and Virginia (Norm). Cherished grandpa of Brandy, Lance, Lacey, Josh, Katie, Dennis, Danny, Dawson, Cory, Jessica, Cody, Bryanne, and Baillie. Arnold will be lovingly remembered by his many great grandchildren. Dear brother of Carol Lawson, and the late Fred, and Wilf. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

As was Arnold’s wish, cremation to take place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the West Parry Sound Health Centre Foundation would be appreciated.

A great man, who will be missed by so many. I recall affectionately how he took the time in 1980 to tech a young city guy how to make cement to build pillars for his cottage. That was the beginning of our family loving Manitouwabing Lake. Thank you Arnold.

Dear Audrey and Arnold 's family, I'm Linda Morgan's sister and met Arnold and you, Audrey, through Linda. I can remember many times at Linda's cottage when you folks would visit and we would have a lot of laughs. I appreciated Arnold's sense of humor and interest in many subjects and many people. He will be remembered fondly and my condolences to you all.

Audrey; I wish I could find words that could help you along this grievous path, Know that I am sending you a hug and my thoughts are with you. Don and I lived beside Arnold for twenty years and in all that time he became one of our most cherished friends. He was a good man, he was kind, knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor, and was always there to help with a big beautiful smile on his face. He was like a big brother to Don and myself, and we learned a great deal from him, he was a wealth of knowledge. We truly loved and respected him. He will be missed so much. I believe Audrey, that we keep our loved ones close to us in our memories and I hope that in the following days people share their fond memories of Arnold with you. I am so sorry to hear about Arnold. He has been such a friend to us and helped us numerous times when we had a problem. I enjoyed visiting him and discussing current views and hearing his many great stories of years gone by. I’ll miss you Arnold.
