ANNIE SMITH

Annie Margaret (McAfee) Smith passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Monday, April 21st, 2025. Age 102 years.

Beloved wife of the late Patrick “Pat” Smith. Loving mother of Shirley Anne and her husband John Veillet; Joyce and her husband Bruce Johnston; and Debi and her husband Jouni Paajanen. Dear Grandma of Robin, Nancy, Michael, Christine, Laura, Sarah, Kris, and the late Tom. Fondly remembered by her great grandchildren Kiera and Emma. Dear sister of the late Marjorie Brooks, Joyce Lanz, William, Albert, and Bernard McAfee. Also remembered by her other relatives, and friends.

Friends will be received at the Logan Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 30th, from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M. Funeral Service will take place in the Logan Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, April 30th, at 1:00 P.M. Interment Sylvan Acres Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 117, or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

My condolences to Mrs. Smith’s family. How she loved all of you was so apparent whenever we spoke. She was one of the sweetest and kindest people that I had the privilege of knowing.
