ANN WALKER

Ann Walker passed away peacefully with Ted by her side at Lakeland Long Term Care on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Age 79 years.

She will be dearly missed by Ted, her loving husband of 31 years. Predeceased by her parents Viola Davidson and Angus MacDonald as well as her in-laws; Ken and Mary Walker. She is survived by her older sister Jeanette. Ann will always have a special place in the hearts of Ted’s family.

Ann enjoyed dancing, snowshoeing, word searches, and being with Ted. She had an “I can do” attitude and would tell you she had a good life. Heaven has gained another angel.

As was Ann’s wish, cremation has taken place.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.

Condolences

It was wonderful when Ann & Ted found each other. When I would see them in the community they appeared to complete each other. Ted I am so sorry for your loss. May your memories soothe the pain in your heart.

Ann is my loving Aunt, her sister is Jeannette. Auntie and I were close, we wrote and called each other often. I am saddened to hear of her passing. Sending condolences to my uncle Ted, and all those that loved and cared for my auntie. I will truly miss you. 😔🌹😥💔

So sorry to hear of Ann's passing. Both she and Ted were involved in the Salvation Army Friday night ministry for many years. They would shop for food and clean the trailer and spend another 5 or 6 hours on duty on the street. There were many times that we would not be effective if it were not for them volunteering. Ann will truly be missed by many but especially by Ted. I had the pleasure of being the best man for there wedding. Ann had a heart of gold.
