Ella Adelene Day (Cowie) passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Monday, February 2nd, 2015, in her 96th year.

Beloved wife of the late Ivan Charles Day. Loving mother of Allan and Diane Day of Peterborough; Carolyn and Jim Moore of McKellar; and Larry and Kelly Day of Baldwin. Loved grandmother of Jennifer Day, Keith Hamlyn (Krystle), Cheryl Moore (David), Tracy Blake (Jamie), James Day, Christine Hamel (Marc), and Michelle Clare (Nelson). Loved great grandmother of Mercedes, Makayla, Dakota, Rieley, Carson, Jacob, Ethan, Isaac, Emily, Daniel (Christine), Renee, Brittany, Destiny, Faith, Sebastion, and Xavier. Dear great great grandmother of Akira and Joseph. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews, other family and friends.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ella’s Life will be held in the Logan Memorial Chapel, 81 James Street, Parry Sound, (705-746-5855) on Saturday, February 7th, at 1:00 P.M. The family will receive visitors prior to the service from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.
