Allan Walter Kenrick Edward passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre, on Sunday, April 30th, 2017. Age 87 years.

Beloved husband of Suzanne (Pausner) and the late Adrienne Edward. Loving father of David and his wife Joy; Katie and her husband Mark Cleland. Loving Papa of Davis and Lauren; Greg, Taylor and Scott. Beloved son of the late Hilary and Ada Edward, and brother of Kenrick Edward. Lovingly remembered by Tim and Paulie, their children Jack and Avery; Jay and Amanda, their children Emma and Jake; and by his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Al’s great passion in life was Georgian Bay. His love of “the Bay” was imbued in two generations of family and shared with countless friends. Al strongly believed in the power of our natural world and his eternal connection to Georgian Bay.

In loving memory of and living tribute to Al, donations to the Georgian Bay Biosphere Reserve (www.gbbr.ca) would be greatly appreciated.

A Celebration of Life in memory of Allan and Adrienne Edward will be held at the Charles W. Stockey Centre on Sunday, June 25th, 2017 at 11:00 A.M.
